The article I asked about was http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20080611/od_uk_nm/oukoe_uk_italy_sex actually, I had pointed to the netscape article, but it's the same content. why is it acceptable as news, but a violation to ask the spiritual significance of the event?

It shouldn't be a violation. Perhaps it was the manner in which the question was asked. The truth is though, if someone finds content disagreeable, a violation can be levied. Wrong or right, that's the way it rolls.

That IS a rather sparse article. You might want to add who founded the site, who owns/sponsors it, what led to the site's creation, things like that.
